How we work

Our engagement structure depends on the nature of the relationship. In some cases we’re deeply involved in day-to-day management and participate in overall revenue. In others, we operate in a more traditional representation capacity and are compensated on the opportunities we help create.

Who we work with

We work with a small, selective group of creators whose influence comes from who they are, not how often they post. Many sit at the edges of culture, where attention is real but not always neatly packaged. We look for people with presence, perspective, and momentum, and people who are interested in thoughtful growth and opportunities that feel aligned rather than forced.
