How we work
We don't collaborate anything unless we create something.
There's no standard package. We start by understanding the person, where they are, what they want, and what they haven't considered yet. Rather than asking for a big commitment up front, we identify one meaningful opportunity and see what we can make happen. If we create something valuable together, we build from there.
A small roster
We keep our roster deliberately small so every relationship stays personal and the thinking stays clear.
Beyond bookings
Finding you work is part of it. We also help you open new lines of business. We recently helped a model we work with launch a fine-art painting business.
Aligned incentives
We're compensated through commission or a share of revenue, depending on the work, so we grow when you do.
